The set
What a ready-made stand includes and which systems we use
A ready-made stand is a complete, mobile set. It takes up less space than a standard build, is quick to assemble (usually in 2 to 3 hours) and is designed to serve at a dozen or more events a year. We take care of the logistics, from transport and on-site assembly to dismantling.
The set includes: graphic walls, an exhibition counter, lighting, display platforms, brochure stands, roll-ups, and tables with chairs.
We rely on professional exhibition systems (including Easy Frame-type frame systems). These structures consist of aluminium profiles and tensioned printed textiles. The solution is far more durable and stable than cheap roll-ups or common pop-up walls. All elements share one colour scheme, so the stand looks like one coherent whole.

Assembly
Specific assembly requirements in hotels and conference centres
Conference venues have completely different technical conditions from exhibition halls. The stand often goes up in a narrow corridor or right in the foyer. The assembly crew has to deal with no goods lifts, difficult access and the very short set-up time the organiser allows.
Because we handle all the logistics, we size the elements for transport to fit hotel corridors and passageways. We make sure assembly goes smoothly and does not disrupt the event schedule.
Conference vs trade fair
How a conference stand differs from a trade fair stand
A conference runs differently from a big trade fair. Conversations with attendees happen in the breaks between sessions rather than throughout the working day.
Budget planning differs too. You usually go to a trade fair once a year, while a congress calendar covers anything from a few to a dozen or more events. With a conference set, you pay for a structure we can assemble again and again, which significantly lowers your costs over the year.
Medical sector
Conference stands for the medical and pharmaceutical sector
This market segment has its own character. Many events take place every year, they follow a recurring format, and organisers set strict rules on what can be presented on a stand and in what form.
Process
How a conference stand comes together: design, production, assembly and storage
We start with a conversation about the event, then prepare a free design and visualisation. After approval, we produce the elements in our hall. We handle transport to the venue, assembly and dismantling. Between trips, we keep the stand in our warehouse, so the structure takes up no space at your company, is serviced by us and is always ready for the next event.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about conference stands and ready-made sets
How does a conference stand differ from a trade fair stand?+
A conference stand is smaller and built to go up in a few hours in a hotel foyer. It serves attendees during short breaks in the agenda, while a trade fair stand works in a large hall all day.
How much does a ready-made conference stand cost?+
The cost depends on the floor space you choose, the equipment (counters, lighting, monitors) and the number of trips a year. We prepare an exact quote after going through your event calendar.
Will I get a visualisation before production?+
Yes. We always prepare a free 3D design to show exactly what the stand will look like and what fits into the space.
Can the set be extended for future trips?+
Yes. We use modular systems. Over time you can add more walls, change the layout or simply update the printed graphics.
Can one stand be used at a dozen or more events a year?+
Yes. We use materials and structures (such as aluminium frames) designed specifically for repeated assembly, dismantling and transport.
What happens to the stand between conferences?+
We keep all the elements in our warehouse. Before the next event we check their condition, pack them and transport them safely to the new venue.
