- Problem
- 14 days before assembly, the client changed the model of the large machine shown on a 300 m² stand. The new exhibit clashed with the planned rigging points and made the approved design impossible to build.
- Solution
- AMAKO EXPO urgently redesigned the rigging structure, agreed the changes with the organiser, and coordinated the stand assembly with the transport and placement of the machine. A dedicated project manager oversaw the whole job.
- Result
- The stand was finished and passed its technical inspection on time, with no issues. Despite the last-minute change, the project won the award for best stand, which confirms AMAKO EXPO's flexibility and operational strength.
