Case study
ATAL: a modular stand for many events
- Problem
- ATAL took part in real estate fairs in several cities, on floor spaces of different sizes and layouts. The client needed a stand that would keep the brand consistent and adapt easily to each new event.
- Solution
- AMAKO EXPO designed a modular stand where the floor space, wall layout, counters, screens, and meeting areas can change. The same parts worked in different configurations, without building a new stand each time.
- Result
- The stand was in use for several years at fairs in Poland's largest cities. The modular structure cut the cost of later builds, kept the brand consistent, and let us fit the display to different conditions. The organiser, Murator EXPO, gave the project an award, which confirms its visual and functional quality.
Why we work this way at Amako
- Modular structureChanging floor space, layout, and functions from the same parts.
- A whole cycle, not one eventOne design comes back to the next fair in a new configuration.
- Lower cost on later buildsA consistent brand and an optimal budget across many events.
The ATAL project shows that a well-designed stand can support sales and make the most of a budget across many events.
